PBIS, Seclusion, and Restraint Policy
As part of HSA Columbus Elementary School’s positive behavior support plan, students, teachers and staff members participate in a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) system. Students will be recognized for following the school expectations below, and opportunities for rewards and recognition will be provided throughout the school year. All students will have the opportunity to earn points towards rewards based on the following expectations outlined in the school’s “Expectation Matrix”.
HSA Columbus Elementary promotes four core values to guide its interactions with all members of the school community. These core values align with our schoolwide PBIS program.
