In the 2013-2014 School Year, students participated in many curricular events hosted by Concept Schools. Students competed with many other students across the Midwest region in Science, Engineering, Writing and Foreign Languages.

Concept Science and Engineering Fair (CONSEF)

Students in 5th grade presented their projects with many 2nd and 3rd place winners in a variety of categories

RoboCon 

Elementary student robot placed 1st and 4th place in a competition with other elementary and middle schools.

STEM CON

A 5th grade student was chosen as 1 of 80 students for her stem demonstration out of over 500 students who submitted videos.

CONCEPT Art Show

HSA was invited to display their art work in the US Department of Education in Washington DC

Lego Leauge

In our 2nd year competing in the Lego League the HSA Robot won Best Design Award

CONCEPT Writing Contest

A 5th grade student WON 1st place for the Concept Writing Contest for the Elementary level

Turquoise Language Fair

A 5th grade student won 3rd place for her singing a song in Turkish.
